Shipping & Delivery: All orders ship within 48 hours of payment received. You can select your desired shipping method during the checkout process.
Privacy & Security: Your privacy is importanct to us. We do not share or sell your information to third parties, unless required to do so by law. When you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive periodic mailings from us including specials and other information of interest.
Returns & Replacements: We want you to be happy with your order. If you receive defective merchandise, we will gladly replace the items at no cost to you.; If you need to return items for other reasons (such as an incorrect size ordered) please contact us to make arrangements. Note that in some cases a restocking fee may apply, and you will have to pay for the postage charges.

Viewing Orders: You can always view your order history by logging in to our store. Once logged in, you can also update your account information including shipping address(es) as needed.
