About TwinHead:

TwinHead (TH) is a clothing line and concept created and designed to be infectious towards all walks of life. We envisioned TH as a socially conscious virus with the hopes of uplifting humanity.  The Virus is regarded as highly aggressive; everyone who hears of it, visually sees its material manifestation, or physically comes into contact with the product is immediately enthralled.  There is no cure for the virus.  Once exposed to the virus, life as you have known it will never be the same.  You will experience drastic life changes, and as the virus consumes your body, you will begin displaying symptoms of TwinHead.  These symptoms include, but are not limited to: Respect for oneself and others, Patience, Understanding, Manners, Kindness, Love, and Self-Control.

TwinHead is trying to demonstrate to the public the importance of possessing these characteristics in one’s day-to-day life.  These and various other attributes were instilled in my brother and me at a young age by our parents.  Our maturation process has taught us the significance and relevance of possessing these qualities. Everyday of our lives we find ourselves being guided by these principles, and we recognize the significance they have played in our decision making process.

The Origin:

TwinHead first originated as a nickname given to my identical twin (Ryan Waller) and me (Ron Waller) as children by our friends.  It was simply easier to address us as TwinHead rather than attempting to differentiate between our subtle physical differences.  We grew up during the boom of computer technology during the 1980’s and 90’s, and with the advent of the internet and its profound impact on our society, it was TwinHead that served as our first email address.  TwinHead stuck with us throughout high school.  I remember using the name TwinHead on my basketball team’s travel fleece, and my brother used the name “Double Trouble” as our alias.  After high school, I was blessed with a full athletic scholarship to attend and play football at the University of Maine.  My brother initially received a partial football scholarship to the University of Maine, as well.  He ultimately earned a full scholarship based on the performance of his second year.  In May of 2006 my brother and I received Bachelor of Art Degrees from the University of Maine.  Following graduation, we began working as substitute teachers in the Chesterfield County Public School System.  It was serving as a substitute teacher during a planning period that I first had thoughts of developing a clothing line.  The first name that came to mind for the clothing line was none other than TwinHead.  Consequently, I drew two identical faces and thus TwinHead was created.  TwinHead became an official Business on September 03, 2008
